Please note we do not deliver to Postal Boxes or Private Bag addresses.

DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are based on a combination of:
* Package size
* Package weight
* Packaging requirements for any breakable items
* Destination
* Speed - how quickly you want your delivery (generally faster = more expensive)
Therefore, we will contact you to confirm the delivery method and costs involved, that way we can ensure that there is NO OVERCHARGING of delivery costs, which could otherwise occur if we were to use so called standard delivery costs.
OUR DESPATCH TIMES
We will normally aim to pack and despatch your order
within two days , or less, of your orders receipt or the date of confirmation
by you of any variations thereof.
However it is fair to point out that because some of the
products we offer you are handmade by individual craftspeople, from natural
materials, there could be unavoidable delays in obtaining stocks if unexpected
demand levels apply. If this should be the case with any product requested
by you we will advise you of the situation and get your approval to a delivery
date and any payment will not be cleared until such time as delivery
is assured.
